I'm going to start by saying that writing a bio does not excite me.
What does excite me is purposeful pursuit empowered by
connection and creativity.
In my 20+ years of working in information technology, procurement, and customer service, I have discovered exactly what it takes to forge creative connections that procure sales in the digital marketplace.
I began Ecommerce journey with eBay in 2002 buying and selling musical equipment and electronics (back when they first acquired PayPal). Four short years later, Facebook entered the scene and caught my attention as it began its "quiet revolution".
I watched and learned as FB marketing took hold allowing FB to surpass eBay in value (2010) and become the third-largest US web company. As this was happening, Amazon and I were not sleeping, I entered that marketplace a few years later and have enjoyed the ride ever since. Amazon has become (by far) the leading online retailer in the country, now accounting for 37.8 percent of the US e-commerce market.
All this to say, after two decades of honing my expertise in the online marketplace, I can finally claim the title: The Professional. I can stake claim to this title because I now know not only what works--but why it works, and how it works best. This knowledge and my passion for building relationships are the key factors to our success at Julie Power.
